SERVICES
Food is more than calories. It is medicine, fuel, and the raw material your body uses to rebuild itself every day.
When nutrition and lifestyle line up, you have what you need to live the way you want.
I’m Jessie, a nutritionist, ACE-certified personal trainer, private chef, and former Nordic and alpine ski coach. Because I work across nutrition, movement, and recovery, your plan accounts for all of it, not just what’s on your plate.

Meals by Jessie: Private Chef for Events and Retreats
Custom quote
Feeding a retreat, a team, or a meeting and not sure how to do it well? As a private chef and nutritionist, I design and prepare menus that nourish the whole group with nutrient-dense, local food, working around allergies and preferences without breaking your budget.
The first two years of motherhood lay the foundation for a family’s health, and nobody needs nourishing more than the person doing the nourishing. I learn the family’s preferences, allergies, and health picture, then prepare and deliver meals, dessert, and snacks in reusable packaging. There are no dishes to return.
